Slowly getting back in the normal swing of things post-SPACE (Yes, still bummed out that I couldn’t get there this year…),
The Phoenix Spotlight closed out the SPACE-centric releases with FANzine Two (mixtape), my ode to the music I love.
For the New Releases video, I took a look at the entertaining Shogun Bear in the House of Horrors:
The new comics arrived on my doorstep while I was in DC, so I put the monthly New Comics video together (and added my haul from Fantom Comics on Dupont Circle):
The Classic Zines video was another treat. I so love rummaging through the old zine library and picking out a random zine. This was a fave, Brian Kirk/Moot Comics’ SPLAT! #1:
Things are in that post-release lull as I gear up to work on the next projects (Heroes Now #5? Something in the Water #5? And what about Strange Times #6? Or #7 for that matter?). And then there’s that matter of wrapping up the kiddos’ school year and jumping headfirst into summer break.
