Thanks for the reviews, gents! One of the best parts of being in the U.F.O. is that, in exchange for swapping zines, we get a chance to offer feedback on each others’ work. Letter columns are largely a thing of the past, so this often is the only constructive feedback we get on our efforts. (And gosh, it makes a difference!)

And I suppose it’s appropriate to mention that I’m a pretty active member of the U.F.O. since rejoining after my extended hiatus from self-publishing. In fact:

I’m very proud of all of the awards that Phoenix Productions has received over the past three years (2023, 2024, 2025), but that “Best Publisher” is a personal high. It speaks to the overall level of quality that I’m trying to promote within the co-op and live by example. This whole “Elevating the Medium” thing isn’t just a gimmick or a tagline; it’s a foundational part of what I’m doing at Phoenix Productions!
