Best laid plans…

Sigh.

I was going to record a video but am out of time. My family has a virus running through, and my wife’s version involves all sorts of respiratory distress. She was to take my eldest to Washington, DC to compete in the National Geography Championships, but the doctor won’t let her fly/travel. So I get to take him.

And that means I’m not going to SPACE 2024.

Sigh.

I have handed the Larry Blake tribute zines off to Bob Corby. I also sent him with the contributor and UFO zines that I planned on hand-delivering at SPACE.

The writing workshop is cancelled, as is my tabling at SPACE. This is terribly disappointing. Anyone who knows me knows that I’ve been prepping extensively to make this a GREAT show.

Alas. There’s always next year.
