The books features comics by Joe, who has a fun sense of humor. […] Daryl on the other hands contributes stunningly detailed fantasy illustrations. […] It’s interesting to see how different both brothers are as artists. One is less serious and seems to have fun with their comics and the other seems more focused and fantastical.
That’s definitely a good interpretation of the brothers on paper, but – trust me on this – Daryl is just as funny as Joe. (And Joe can be serious when he has to be. Darn that growing old stuff! Makes you all mature and all…)
Using a different approach than the other two Phoenix Masters, we decided to make the Hutchinson Brothers’ “sampler” unique from their marquee Joe’s Comix series. (WILD KINGDOM is available now, PEOPLE ARE STRANGE is in development!) I think this FANzine Live video best shows off the distinctions:

Danny is doing great stuff at Electric Transit with interviews, reviews, cartoons and sometimes even more. The small press comics/zine community should be cherishing such efforts to tell our stories.
I’d suggest supporting Danny via his Patreon only out of the goodness of your heart, but the fact that he rewards your love with the monthly zine that compiles his website’s material makes it even better for the supporter!
