One of Central Ohio’s premier self-publishing festivals, the Small Press Alternative Comics Expo, is coming up on April 27-28 at the Rhodes Center in the Ohio State Fairgrounds in Columbus, Ohio. And after a year away, Phoenix Productions will be back!
