So you like to draw?

With Heroes Now #1 off to the printer, I’m setting my sights on the next issue of my “anything goes” anthology, Strange Times. If you are interested in contributing, drop me a line at the “Contact” tab at the top of the page.

Strange Times #1 came about through a similar notice on Facebook, and Alan Groening and I crafted a gorgeous, full-sized, professionally printed magazine with an original story by the two of us and great looking pinup illustrations throughout. If such a look for your work is something you want – either showing off your work or collaborating on a new piece – consider Strange Times!

However, if heroes are your thing…consider Heroes Now! This title tells the stories of 80s heroes who have come back to the pages in 2022 – but who also have aged just like this once-teenage scribe turned middle-aged writer/letterer/small press publisher. There’s a core of five (six with the sidekick) heroes that have come forward, but nothing says that this little world can’t expand. Change, as they say, is the only constant.
